Responsible for leading the Analytics and Technology department at Highnoon. The Analytics and Technology department houses the UX/UI team, Development team, SEO team, and Analytics team

Improved and updated our website redesign process and git repo process by implementing more efficient quality assurance testing across multiple browsers and devices which uses less time but with focused test cases.

Implemented new accessibility standards to bring all Highnoon sites to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Implemented Highnoon’s SEO strategy and integrated several cross-departmental team processes and communications to provide clients with comprehensive SEO solutions.

Stood up and executed Marketing Automation solutions in Marketo for a Health Services client which led to the highest conversion rate of 12% when compared to all other channels.
